If you’ve been following my travel adventures in and around Cape Town and the Western Cape, then you may have noticed that I absolutely love hitting the open road and discovering new places and meeting interesting people along the way. Whether I’m travelling with my family or fortunate to be invited on a media educational, road trips are one of my favourite ways to travel.

A short while ago, I was asked by Survivor Wines to submit a quote on how I was going to survive 2018. After some thought, it made me realize just how important it is to be surrounded and supported by your loved ones – it really is vital to one’s overall health and well-being. It also made me realize that to be able to support and care for others, I had to make ME a priority. This may seem selfish to some, but this has become more important than ever when you consider our hectic lifestyles.

The Four Cousins brand is well-known throughout South Africa. Who can forget the introduction of the much-loved Four Cousins wine range back in 2000 with the release of the impressive 1,5l bottle?
