ERTH By The Skin Co. Launches In Cape Town.

If you haven’t yet heard about the nutricosmetic restaurant that recently opened in Cape Town, do not fear. I’m here to fill you in. Until I attended the launch earlier in November, I hadn’t a clue what nutricosmetics was all about. This all changed when I entered the bright and modern space that occupies 35 Main Road in Green Point.

While I am not a beauty blogger, I am keen to learn more about earth-friendly and vegan products. ERTH is the first nutricosmetic restaurant of its kind and The Skin Co. brand is steadily becoming a big player in the natural vegan wellness and skincare industry.

Legendary The Hussar Grill Turns 55!

Hands up if your childhood meals consisted of ‘vleis, rys en aartappels’ (meat, rice and potatoes) a few times a week. Chances are that if you’re South African, this would have been a staple meal in many households. Eco News – Celebrate World Rhino Day on 22 September 2019

DID YOU KNOW? Since 2008, 7 899 rhinos have been poached in South Africa, with a rhino killed almost every eight hours? These shocking and sad statistics highlight the plight of these magnificent creatures that are facing extinction due to the exponential rise in illegal rhino poaching in South Africa.

Rhino poaching is increasing at an alarming rate. Rhinos Without Borders was established in order to start moving these endangered animals away from the poaching hot-spots to a safer environment. In this case, the safer environment is one of our neighbouring countries, Botswana, where virtually no poaching takes place.
